((Btvs Canons-True Blood Canons Welcome- Otherwise Closed))
Behind a bar in Shreveport Lousiana....
Welcome to the land of the strange and uncanny.
I stood above a sickening pool of blood, plasma, and a general ickness that I was so not cleaning up.
20 minutes earlier.....
The vampire, or so he claimed, told me that he no longer fed on humans. Yeah, that's what they all say. I had pulled the stake out of my pleather sleeve.
"Yeah, well, I'm the slayer... kinda my job to dust you."
"Listen Lady, I don't want to hurt you..."
The vampire moved faster than anything I had ever seen before. A literal eye blink and he was behind me, pulling my head back by my hair. He reached under my white ruffled blouse, "But I will." His hands moved slowly, as they reached lower. His cold fat hands moved across my chest. I struggled against him, but he was stronger than any other vampire I had ever faced.
The sudden retreat he made caused me to fall to the dirt. He pulled his hand back as though something had bitten him. I removed the sterling silver cross from beneath my blouse.
"What?" I looked down at the cross, "Oh, that right, you don't like crosses... Let's see how you like stakes."
He laughed. "We have no problems with crosses... It silver we don't like."
"Why would you tell me that?"
"It seems kind silly to explain my weaknesses to you, when you're hell bent on killing me. The author of this must have a retarded sense of humor. Either that or she is having an issue sending you into my genre. Doesn't matter, you'll be dead soon enough."
"Anything else I should know?"
"Probably."
A fight ensued, he seemed shocked by my general athletic-ness, strength and speed. I sent out calculated attacks, using my fists, legs, feet, head, anything that was available at the time. With a boot to his face, he stumbled back.
"What the hell are you?"
"That's kind of rude." I paced around him, waiting for the perfect shot to the heart. "I already told you, I'm Buffy, the Vampire Slayer."
"What the hell? The humans made something to kill us?"
"I am not made. I'm chosen. There's a whole thing, each generation, blah blah blah. She alone will stand against the vampires, blah blah blah."
He just looked at me with a confused expression.
Thats when I put the stake in his unbeating heart. He had groped me after all. And then.
Splat.
I jumped back. Clearly shaken. One minute he's staking there with a stake in his heart, the next he was slashing all over my boots.
I flipped open my cell, aimed and snapped a picture. This had Giles all over... ewe. I sent the picture to Willow, Xander and Giles. The text read. I just dusted a vampire and I got soup surprise, what is going on? I pressed send and turned to walk away. I froze where I stood, blood caked boots and all. I could sense someone else behind the bar with me. I didn't know how long they'd been there, but I could feel them there now.
"Who's there?"
