Twyst;With this ability he is able to utilize the Chaotic energies he commands to flow over inanimate objects,made of up of any natural or unnatural substance,and rend said object until it no longer resembles its original shape or form.This,however,has no effect on living objects as the natural bio energy they have surrounding them interferes with the flow of this manifestation of Chaotic energy.
Breath of Chaos;Allows him to direct the air around him,within 30-100 feet,to move as he wills it gaining speed up to 100mph or as soft as a breath,thus the name,to move objects or disturb things of a delicate nature or,as he's used it on more than one occasion,to lift certain articles of loose clothing,skirts and hats and such,revealing what lies beneath.At this spells maximum force,which he rarely uses as he's more of a subtle type than one who uses blunt force,it can effectively destroy anything in its path...especially indoors.
Corrupt Soul;More telepathic than magical this ability allows him to delve into the deepest,darkest,thoughts of any one person,only one at a time however,and begin to erode their resistance to these base feelings and emotions.This takes several months of nearly constant exposure to this power to achieve but,when finished,the results are truly astounding.The end result is a person/creature without the slightest shred of morality or conscience to govern their actions making them dangerous in the extreme and hard to control/subdue.If the vigorous routine of doing this is interrupted,if the subject is taken and hidden from him,then it's finished and he can never attempt to do this to that particular individual again.
Animate;This final ability bestowed upon him by his brief brush with the elemental force of Chaos allows him to tap into the source of all life and direct this energy into inanimate,with moving parts only,objects.The objects,like toasters for instance,spring to life and begin twisting themselves,forming arms and legs and such,until they can become mobile then going forth with the malevolent need to attack/harm biological beings until they're either subdued or destroyed.He must be very careful when using this ability because these animated objects,which have animal level intelligence,will also see him as someone to maim and injure as he has zero control over these creations.
Haywire;His most powerful and devastating ability this allows him to tap into Chaos itself and redirect it through his own body to effect those around him in the following way.
Those with supernatural powers who become the target of this power find they lose control of their abilities and they "go off" in unexpected and unpredictable ways.(like,for instance,Buffy's strength at constant full potency.The player of the effected character chooses how their chars powers are affected.)
The drawback to using this power is,each and every time,he is drained of his life essence to the point of near death and must rest completely for a full week to recover as well as gaining one phobia or neurosis permanently as a result of being a conduit for Chaos itself...needless to say this is not a commonly used power.

Iron will;Because of his upbringing he has been trained to strengthen his will to the point of near unbreakability.Any power/spell that attacks his mind,unless at a godlike power level,will be negated and ignored.Furthermore any illusions will not work on him and any drugs introduced into his system that alters ones mind have little to no effect.
Hyper intense perception;From birth he was taught/trained to pay ultra close attention to his surroundings to the point where even the smallest detail could not escape his alert eyes.This allows him to see and notice things too subtle for most others to see and figure them into his actions before most have the chance to react and gives him insight into peoples lives that they'd wish to keep secret also enabling him to use the gathered information to his advantage.
Physical toughness;Because of his upbringing his body has been hardened into a,almost,supernatural engine of power.This gives him a threshold for pain and endurance equal to a lesser supernatural being without actually being one as his many scars and reckless mentality attest to.
Weaknesses:Although he's physically tougher than most other humans he is still human and mortal.Thus he can be killed with just a bit more effort than it takes for a normal person.
History:
1991.This was the year of his birth and when the International cult his parents belonged to got one of its newest members.
From birth he never knew his mother or father,taken to a communal nursery until he was old enough to walk and talk and understand what was told to him,to further strengthen his ties to the W.O.C.D. (World Order of Chaos' Disciples)alone.
At the age of 3 1/2,far before the time other children are,he was placed into classes teaching him the base skills to survive,unlike public schools that teach 5 and 6 years old children crafts and such in their own attempt at teaching the children social skills,for instance quashing any natural tendency's to "play fair" or anything like that.
This,however,was just the preparatory phase of his schooling preparing him for much more harsh and challenging lessons to come.
At the age of 6 he and other children the same age were placed in the training compound that would be their home for the next 12 years.Here the young ones were taught to be as aggressive and ruthless as any human being has ever been in it's long history.
In addition to every day classes in which they were taught only the worst things in world history that humanity has done to one another,like the Salem Witch trials or the Nazi Concentration camps or any other of the tragic events that nearly every country in the world has done at one point or another,all in preparation for them going out into the world.
While not in these classes they were under constant pressure to survive taught from the start that trust and kindness and love are weakness and never to allow themselves to show even a moment of any of these traits.Paranoia abound between the youth any and all pacts they made to work together against another were subject to severing at the drop of a hat and the teens,by this time,were encouraged,if the offense was deemed bad enough,to murder their peers...as long as they weren't caught.
If caught they were stripped naked and cooked alive as a special treat for the,often starving,children in training who were tossed only half the amount of food per day the group,as a whole,needed so they would fight for it ensuring only the strong survived.
All the while cultivating ultra keen attention to detail searching the others around them for even the slightest hint of betrayal which serves them well in many other ways as well such as telling them things,unspoken,that others might not have wished to tell or show.
Finally,at 18,the remaining teens were allowed out of their compound,one out the two places they've ever been to,and ushered into a grand auditorium for their Graduation.
Here assemble every member of the Order from their home country and those adjacent to it,never having the whole Order at one place for fear that they'd be attacked and wiped out,to witness the coming of age of the next generation in their Order.
At the ceremony the local leaders in the Order jointly cast a spell summoning the elemental force of Chaos itself into this plane so that the graduating class,and them alone all others averting their eyes,have the honor of gazing upon Chaos itself in it's purest form.
Out of the several hundred who'd made it to graduation no more than three,four at the most,were able to mentally and physically cope with this glimpse into Chaos itself without dying outright.
While the dead were removed the surviving few,marked with constantly swirling iris',were approached and branded with a large Chaos sign on their bared chest.
Once they were done with the ceremony they were drugged and cast out from the Order placed in a city at random,Tysons city being Chicago,set loose on an unsuspecting world imbued with disruptive powers and a chaotic outlook on everything.
