I saw a Lucifer already so I'm making this AU if that's all right. For that reason this one will only be refer to as The Devil.

Character description/personality: Evil, destructive, manipulative, all these things and more can describe the evil one. Coming to you as if sent from above it wishes to destroy you. It comes with promises to lead you down the primrose path but in reality it only wishes to lead you off a cliff and into a fire. Its desire to defeat god and sit on his throne with the Anti Christ at its side is what keeps it going.

Type of Creature: Fallen Angel
Powers: Gift of the silver tongue. The fallen angel has the ability to move a crowd, to take advantage of their emotions and lead them like an army against its enemies.
Evil is the source of its power. The stronger evil hold on earth is the more powerful this fallen angel will become. The easier it will be to create demons to do its dirty work, the more convincing and seductive its voice will become, the stronger and faster it will be in battle. The stronger and faster its form can change. It all thrives on the power of evil in the world.
Weaknesses: It has a leash around its neck sort of speak. The binds around its wrists and ankles restrict its power. While invisible to most it is still very present to the fallen angel. It cannot do anything that god does not already will. The stronger good is in the world the weaker the fallen angel becomes in everything that it can do.
While the fallen angel may be unable to die it is still very capable of being sealed away. It fears hell like any other mortal man as it is still able to be sealed there and tortured in the fires created by god like any other sinner. It is not a place on its visiting list.
History: In the beginning there was the kingdom of heaven.
In this kingdom was a rebellion.
An angel of god stood up against him in defiance and was cast out along with its angels.
Once on earth for the first time this angel took the form of a serpent and manipulated the first woman of earth, Eve, to also defy god offering the very thing humans wanted most. To be like god. The fallen angel corrupted a perfect world through this act and gave birth to a power called sin. A power that would later prove to be so great god had to sacrifice his one and only son to save his people.
The fallen angel was soon punished and put on a leash by god himself. Destined to wander between the earth and appear before god and his angels in heaven for the rest of its days until the end of all things. In that time the fallen angel watched its handy work as sin threatened to swallow the world and all in it whole. It witness the first murder by Cain and so many wonderful crimes to come soon after. Posing as an innocent that only wanted to give the people what they want this fallen angel continued to manipulate mankind everywhere it went.
The years went on by and it own army of rebellious angels began to grow, evolving into what humans would later call demons and bringing about their own form of chaos on earth. The fallen angel would challenge god on a number of occasions, one of them involving a man named Job. After saying he only served god because of his blessings god took away everything he had and allowed the fallen angel to curse his body. It took great pride in the chaos it caused even if it was at the will of the one it despised the most.
Years continued to pass and the fallen angel would have the chance to tempt god very own son, Jesus Christ. But its attempts at temptation would fail in the end as Jesus Christ went on to repel back sin, defeat death and now offer a means to save the very people the fallen angel hoped to damned. It was responsible for the birth of sin. It was responsible for the creation of hell which god used as a prison for all those bounded to the power of sin and Jesus Christ now held a victory over both.
Enraged the years went on, war never wavering as both sides continued to win small victories. Sin grew stronger and continued to swallow mankind up despite Jesus Christ's victory over it. More and more people fell to evil and in turn increased the fallen angel's power. The leash tugged by the lord beginning to lose power as evil threatens to disturb the natural balance and dominate the good. The fallen angel can feel its power grow as now it comes to earth in the form of a beautiful and innocent woman by appearance. Leading people to believe its way is best, that god is the enemy. That god doesn't love them.
