Character description: Deran has pale ivory skin that never tans, nor does it burn. Personality description: Deran is the type of girl that hides her self esteem problems behind sexy outfits and a sassy exterior. History: Deran's parents were the ordinary white picket fence type of couple who always wanted a boy. Deran was the name that they had intended to give their son, but she was born instead. As a small girl she always loved to read even the scary fairy tales that told of mythical creatures such as demons and vampires. She was always rather withdrawn from people all the way up until her high school years. She met her best friend her freshman year and through hard work and dedication her best friend turned her from the plain Jane book worm into a beautiful woman who men were falling over themselves to get a chance at. Her junior year she discovered that, while she did enjoy the romantic company of a man, she enjoyed a female companion more. After she reached that discovery she proceeded to spend her romantic life alone, never once finding a person who's company she enjoyed in the romantic manor. Now she is a 21 year old working college student who is, in her opinion anyways, probably the only person on campus who is still a virgin and not really looking for someone to lose it to.
