Thoughts on Family?
I love the rest of them, Raoul and I aren’t as close as we used to be. When he fell in love with Christine, I was kind of heart broken, I’ll never forgive him.
Personality
[/u]Evera is a silent worker. She works in subtle ways to get the things that she desires most. Whereas most people will barge through and claim, Evera will scheme and use her wits and cunning to bring about the change that will suit her needs.
She can be deemed as cold and unfeeling but there is a deeper sense to the outlier. One must dig deeper then face value to see the true colors, no matter what shade they are. Few have recognized her true beauty held within the dark depths. Accepting of anything with a dark nature Evera embraces the ways of battle and death like someone familiar with its intricate designs. She is controlled in how she shows people her true workings, choosing only to reveal them to those that are truly worthy.
Evera doesn't do anything by half. If she embarks on a challenge, she will do whatever it takes to accomplish it.. If she loves, she loves with her whole being.. if she hates, then the worse death is reserved for that being.
However, despite her driven nature, she has a tendency to let her own arrogance that runs so rampant in her family get in her way. Because of this, she can also be very vain and insubordinate, which can get her in trouble. She has the tendency to be stubborn as a mule and is unwilling to listen to others, even if she knows they’re right.
While most girls had only intentions in mind of marrying a wealthy man and living happily ever after, Eva has no intentions of marrying until the time was right, and to a man she loved, not a man with a lot of money. She has a wild fire in her eyes most of the time that none of the other girls have, most were meek and polite, Eva is robust and flirtatious. She is very different. However, she has the ability to master that fire and be a true lady, at least act it, if needed.

Physical Appearance
[/u][/center]General Appearance:
Evera may be short, but she is attractive. She’s tiny, weighing only 120 lbs, with long legs and a nice figure. She has chocolate curls that reach to the bottom of her shoulder blades, and are layered towards her face. Her eyes are a deep hazel color laced with maroon and grey flicks that reflect the light, with dark eyelashes that surround them.
Her face is thin, her cheekbones set off by her pale skin, every aspect of her radiating arrogance and high-breeding. Her movements are cat-like, flowing, liquid. She is intimidating, despite her small size. However, she has sort of grown up as ‘one of the guys’ so she knows how to defend herself if needed.
Her skin is pale, and flawless, and soft. She likes to dance late and nights and spend her off days in the stables, so she had slight abs, barely defined muscles in her arms and trimmed legs. She doesn‘t usually care how she looks unless , and her nails are perfectly manicured. Her eyebrows have a natural arch to them, and her full lips have a slight upturn to them, so she constantly looks like she’s smirking. And most of the time…she is.

Other Information
[/u]History:
Evera was born in the summer as the third child of Monsieur and Madame de Changy. As the only daughter of two of the wealthiest and most influential families of the time, she grew up with all of the privilege that one would expect. Se had every material thing her heart desired, private tutors, and was the little princess of the de Changy kingdom. However with all this privilege came great responsibilities and expectations. A de Changy was expected to excel in all areas. They were expected to be in control of themselves at all times, and they were expected to uphold everything it meant to bear the last name, and her parents allowed for nothing less than perfection in all of those areas
Evera has always adored and worshiped her mother, wanting to be just like her. She would always watch and try to mimic everything she could, spending hours in her mother’s study, copying everything she could. In turn, the older woman gave her daughter the attention she desired. Her mother arranged for private tutors, but there were some branches of magic she taught her daughter herself. She and her father were relatively close, but their relationship was nothing like that between she and her mother. However, Monsieur de Changy taught Evera an art that required balance and quick thinking, which would later help her in her ballet career: dueling with a blade.
Raoul joined the services when Eva was 9, and left the little girl without her best friend. For a year, she wrote to him every day and waited for replies that never came. Finally she had bore enough and put her ballet lessons to use, joining the cast at the Opera Populair. She has remained there happily since always hearing stories of The Opera Ghost but never seeing any proof of his existence.
During an accident while riding her horse, Eva injured her ankle and was out for the performance of Don Juan Triumphant, but her entire life was thrown into a whirl when her brother returned with intentions of marrying Christine Daae. Thrown into a deep depression at the thought of her losing her brother to another woman, she returned to the Opera house directly following the announcement
She remained there for two years, working to rebuild it, always hearing stories of The Opera Ghost but never seeing any proof of his existence. Despite the warnings, Eva remained to her theory of “There’s no such things as ghosts.” Now she’s about to find out how deathly wrong she was.
Role Playing Sample:
It was nearly midnight as Evera de Changy sat before the Grand Piano in the orchestra pit, her fingers poised on the keys, but not playing yet. She was reading over the sheet music before her, getting a feel for the notes before she would begin to play them. A look of complete calm was on her face, dark chocolate tresses falling into her face and over her aquamarine eyes irritatingly before she pushed them back behind her ears. While most of the girls paraded about in fine dresses when not practicing or preforming, Eva was quite the opposite. She often paraded about in men’s clothing as she was now, sitting before the piano, in a white shirt and a black vest, riding pants and high riding boots. It was quite apparent that she had just come in from the stables, and she smelled of pine, like the woods she had been riding in not an hour before.
Yes, this young woman was much wilder than her sweet smile and doe-eyed appearance led you to believe.
Her fingers struck the first note gently, and the sound reverberated around the empty room. The sounds was followed by a second note, and the rest of the introduction before her mezzo-soprano voice entered.
In this world you tried
Not leaving me alone behind
There's no other way
I'll pray to the gods let him stay
The memories ease the pain inside,
Now I know why
All of my memories keep you near.
In silent moments,
Imagine you'd be here.
All of my memories keep you near,
Your silent whispers, silent tears
She played the bridge between, taking a deep breath to stretch her lungs for the next verse.
Made me promise I'd try
To find my way back in this life.
I hope there is a way
To give me a sign you're okay.
Reminds me again it's worth it all
So I can go home.
All of my memories keep you near.
In silent moments,
Imagine you'd be here.
All of my memories keep you near,
Your silent whispers, silent tears
Her fingers sprung into the next verse and her voice quickly followed, trained yet wild like the possessor was.
Together in all these memories
I see your smile.
All the memories I hold dear.
Darling, you know I'll love you
till the end of time.
All of my memories keep you near.
In silent moments,
Imagine you'd be here.
All of my memories keep you near,
Your silent whispers, silent tears.
All of my memories..
She held out the last note for as long as she could before letting it drop and smiling to herself. She felt victorious, proud of herself. She grinned like a Cheshire cat and moved to stand when a sudden strike of thunder surprised her. She gasped softly, and grinned at her own folly, turning back to the piano and simply tapping some of the keys.
