Little is known about “Victor”, as he's dubbed for being such a variable among police and FBI records. It has never openly displayed its presence. Several crimes have all been related to Victor, and his crimes are described as having been executed flawlessly. Wherever Victor came from, it’s understood that he's well-trained, professional, organized, thorough, knowledgeable, well-supplied, and educated. There have been rumors about Victor being somewhat of a Kingpin, a Crime-boss. It's been heard of that Victor is actually an organization of many criminal artists. Other stories say Victor is only two or three people. Smalltime alleyway criminals aren’t talking. Victor's crimes have been stacked up into murder, grand larceny, weapons dealing.
In truth, Victor is the result of a six person team. Its prejudice views against non-human beings has led to its undermining mission to make them extinct. Victor plans on dispatching all people that aren't considered human beings: vampires, werepeople, goblins, zombies, elves, gnomes, aliens, cyborgs, intervening demons and angels who shouldn't be, subsiding ghosts and ghouls back to the afterlife, diminish the power of demi-gods/goddesses and semi-devils, force immortals into exile, etc.

I'm gonna go ahead and approve the team. I am curious to see how they play out on the forum, and I like the idea behind it.
However, I would love it if you can add more to each bio, give us a bit more of a glimpse into who each of these team members are. If you want to develop that in the RP more, and then elaborate here later, that's fine with me.

ok, I set some of the member groups to Human Magic User, and some to just Human, depending on what you listed as their powers. If you want any of them changed, let me know, but I think I managed to get the sorted correctly.  |
