Character description/personality: At first glance she appears as a well mannered and polite little girl. Not somebody you would ever expect of being a soulless vampire if you're going by looks alone. She values intelligence over just brute strength, in case that wasn't clear enough by the title she was given by others, and she is increasingly bitter about the fact she will forever appear as a 14 year old girl.
Despite her former affiliation to the good side and fighting off anything that wants to "end the world" she views a vampire drinking blood no differently to a human eating a cooked animal. She just opposes the "inhumane ways" of killing humans for their blood, as she calls it. Olivia also likes to keep to herself, never giving much, if any, personal information on herself or her past.

Powers: Given her small size her biggest strength which she uses in battle is her speed and agility. This makes it easier for her to dodge projectiles such as bullets. She has all the usual vampire abilities, enhanced due to age and such, and through the years she tapped more into the speed and agility side of it more than anything else. She possesses enhanced strength, speed, agility, endurance, regeneration, senses, can jump high place and fall from high spots just to land on her feet, can drink blood to get stronger and see the memories of those she drinks from. You get the idea.
Weaknesses: Compare to other vampires she is weak, while still being stronger than your average human, and a vampire fresh from the grave thanks to age, she still lacks in the overall strength department compare to other vampires that is around her age group. Her endurance and regeneration is also weaker than others, meaning she's prone to take more damage in a fight and takes longer to regenerate than others.
This is why she relies heavily on her speed and intelligence. Simple logic, "If I don't get hit I won't have to regenerate." easier said than done as you can probably imagine. On top of that she has all your usual vampire weaknesses: being stabbed in the heart or beheaded will kill her, sunlight will burn her, holy water will burn her, hellfire will burn her, crosses repel her and burns her upon contact, etc.
History: Oliva life, for the most part, is unknown. What is known however; is that she was born and raised in Canada and was an only child. Her life was ordinary, common, until the age of fourteen where she received cancer and was quickly dying. A friend of the family who had recently been turned took pity on the child and offered her way out of the path of death she was on. Not fully understanding what he was talking about Olivia accepted his offer and that was the night she lost her soul. Her sire taught her all the basics about being a vampire and how to hunt for food. For a short time she was happy traveling the rest of her Country with him, until she began looking at more women who bodies had fully blossomed into maturely, and then she would look at herself. A child forever trapped in an empty shell that would never blossom like so many women before and after her would.
This caused Olivia to become jealous, envious and finally bitter at the idea that she would be an immortal trapped in the body of a child for all eternity. This also led her to hate the very man who created her and one day, while he was resting, Olivia took a stake through his heart and made him ash. Some time after those events Olivia wandered the world aimlessly with nowhere to go or stay while feeding on what she could, mainly humans, while trying to find some meaning to her 'damned' life. Olivia began to hate everything she was and even thought about suicide but the fear of the Hell that awaited her on the other side of that fence caused her to hold onto her existence on this planet. Knowing of nothing else to do Olivia decided to take all her anger, hate and frustration into the demons of the world.
It was the early 1800s, those were the years she began her new campaign against the dark forces of the earth. Although she fought for the side of good and went against any creature of darkness that threatened to end the world in any way, shape or form she never gave up on her nature. Olivia continue to feed off of humans, in fact her reasons for fighting on the side of good are selfish ones to begin with. Olivia kills vampires to satisfy her own desire for vengeance, nothing more. Olivia was sure nobody would complain any time soon. After all as an old saying goes; the enemy of my enemy is my friend. Olivia kept up with the changes into each generation, kept her distance from the likes of Vampire Slayers, and when new technology came along she would learn about them all so she could adapt alongside the changes of the world while still keeping to the path she chosen to walk. With the introduction of the Blood-Bank she started to take blood from there under the simple logic, “It's donated blood. Humans give it willingly and I didn't kill anybody to get it.” Anything to avoid switching to animal blood.
She acquire the alias 'The Genius' from past teammates in vampire hunting for her wisdom, vast knowledge in vampires, demons, and spells throughout history and the tactics she use in battle despite requests not to be called that. Her weapons of choice are two daggers. With so much time gone by Olivia's hate for her own kind and disgust against the humans has increased. She travels alone, no longer allying herself with anybody, on either side of the fence. A rogue. A renegade. Olivia travels the earth killing every vampire and human that gets in her way.
