Type of Creature: Vampire (but not a true one - artificial vampire/vampiric humanoid. Also called by slang terms 'instant' or 'man-made').
Powers/Weapons: Has typical vampiric rapid regeneration, strength, and hypnotic powers. Greatest power/assest is the ability to move at a high rate of speed, sometimes even giving the illusion of disappearing from sight. Is a crack shot, excellent knife wielder and ambidextrous. Has two sawed-off M1 Garand rifles carried within suit jacket and snub-nosed handgun concealed within the left sleeve. Also carries on his person is a modified bowie knife sporting a foot long blade.
Can't shapeshift. Doesn't have telepathy but some empathic ability - can communicate by mind if the channel is opened by a telepath. Unfertile in both human and vampiric terms - can only make a ghoul or a corpse. Unaffected by the sun or holy objects, but is affected by high-grade silver (in other words, sterling won't work at all period but smacking him on exposed skin with a old family heirloom tea tray will - LOL!!!). Still able to eat and process food, helping to cut down on need for blood. Doesn't use a coffin and can come fully alert out of a deep sleep if need be. Tends to be semi-nocturnal by choice.
History: Not much is known. Has a younger brother (Jan). Both moved from the US to London, England for reasons unknown. Hired and later turned by a secret organization. The brothers worked as hitman (of both humans and vampires, mostly man-mades). Their last and final job wasn't fully carried-out due to said organization withholding important information on the targets. Upset by both the betrayal of trust and nearly getting killed, the Valentine Brothers quit and left the UK.
Character is from (series, book, creator, or author, if it applies): Hellsing - Manga and OVA BUT, I had to do some re-tweaking/vagueness in the history so both Luke and Jan are still alive with Millennium kept far into the shadows for rping in a multi-fandom. The canon, both brothers died nasty deaths, Millennium has nazis in it, and WWIII happened.
