History: Drusilla was born in White Chapel, London in the late 1850's- early 1860's to a Catholic middle class family of a Mother, Father, and 2 daughters (one of which was named Anne). She discovered that she had the sight- she could see things before they happened. When she finally told her Mother, she told Drusilla that she was cursed, as only the Lord should see such things.
Drusilla was then spotted by Angelus and Darla, two vampires who took great interest in her. They both knew she had the sight, and Angelus ser about driving her insane. Drusilla had been to the church before to confess her "sins" of seeing things, and one day she returned to confess that she had seen two men die in a cave in in the mine which had happened that morning. Instead of the priest opposite her in the confessional was Angelus feeding on the priest. He urged her to confide in him about what she had seen, and told her she was a "devil child." Shocked, she told him she wanted to be pure, and asked if she could be helped. Angelus was pleased; his plan was working, he was driving her insane. He eventually drove her so insane that she fled to a convent where she lived with the sisters there for several months. However, on the day she took her holy orders, Angelus found her and killed her entire family in front of her, and performing acts in front of her with Darla. He then proceeded to sire her.
Sometime in London, 1880, she tired of having no playmate, so she sired a young poet called William, who was soon known to be William the Bloody, and then, Spike. The four of them ran together for several years, until Angelus killed a gypsy's daughter and was cursed to live with a soul.
A long time later, Drusilla and Spike visited Prague. An angry mob realized they were vampires and took after them. Drusilla was left weakened, and then journeyed to Sunnydale, California to find the Du Lac ritual. Angel was also in Sunnydale, helping Buffy, the Vampire Slayer. Drusilla's health was restored, but Spike became wheelchair bound. After a passionate night with Buffy, Angel lost his soul, and joined Spike and Drusilla in their plan to destroy the world. Angelus and Drusilla became close again, much to Spike's annoyance, and when Angelus attempted to open the portal to hell, Spike struck up an alliance with Buffy to win back Dru. They fled from Sunnydale, and Drusilla sensed that he felt something for the Slayer. She had affairs with a Chaos Demon and then a Mucus Demon, and then split up with Spike.
She was not see for a long time until Darla was brought back in LA by the lawyer company Wolfram & Hart and needed Dru to sire her again. Her and Darla ran together, having a bloody massacre, until Angel set them on fire.
Drusilla returned to Sunnydale to try and win back Spike, but he was too in love with Buffy at the time, and attempted to kill Drusilla for her. She realized she could do nothing for Spike, so left Sunnydale. Her whereabouts unknown for some time.
After Spike helped Buffy (and died in the process) confront another apocalypse, Sunnydale was destroyed, leaving a huge hole in its place. Drusilla wandered to New Orleans, and after serving time with Angel as a ghost, stuck in Wolfram & Hart, Spike came back to Drusilla. The two are now as before, evil and creating mayhem whenever and wherever they can. But on occassion you will find her wandering on her own, as she is apt to do whenever the mood strikes her. She's highly unpredictable. Perhaps it's the insanity.
