Character description: Pyretta is a pretty nice girl, most of the time, though she does have a red head's temper.
Being trained most of her life, she tries hard to keep her temper in check while on assignment though.
Genemex's control over her is more psychological, than physical, she really believes they are helping new mutants in their labs, and has no idea of the truth behind the company she works for.
They've never had to use force or any kind of violent tactics to get her to do her work.
In her off time, she likes to go to clubs, and loves to dance.
Persuasion: Neutral/Evil (Her personal views are more neutral, but she works for the bad side, unknowingly...)
Type of Creature: Elemental Thermal Mutant
Powers: pyrokinetic and thermokinetic
- Can spontaneously generate and manipulate flame and heat
- Throw blasts of heat energy (Heat Waves)
- Extinguish fire
- Throw whirling discs of fire and heat
- Absorb the heat of her opponents
- Use pure thermal energy as a defensive barrier that vaporizes nearly all projectiles
- Shoot pinpoint flames with her finger
- Manipulate temperature by thought
She's a trained Soldier, adept at hand to hand combat, and knows any military issue weapons. Though she knows how to use many different weapons, she prefers to rely on her mutant powers to get things done.
As she thinks that her cause is to help mutants by bringing them in to the company that made them, she tries not to kill her targets, but she is under no illusions that some are too big of a threat, and will use lethal force if warranted for her own survival.
History: Pyretta's parents were willing subjects for Genemex, coming from a Military family, her father saw the potential for Mutant Powers.
Trained as a soldier pretty much as long as she can remember, her father was proud when she made it to the GSA.
Pyretta is completely unaware of what Genemex really is, and she believes they help mutants.
She doesn't even know that her Subdernal Governor can cause her pain, thinking it merely a tracking device with the capability of keeping track of her mutation.
She's a good soldier, 'her's is not to ask why', and she follows orders.
She's brought in a bunch of New Mutants.
