Ok, so here I was, fresh from a thirteen year or so stint in Hell, where not only did I become the Dragon Mistress, but also merged with not one, but two dragons, and was transformed from a very powerful born witch, to an even more powerful and near indestructible Hell Lord. And I'd been given permission to travel wherever I wanted. Finally those portals I'd always seen and had access to, were mine to use properly as well. So what did one do when she had just been given permission to return back to the realm she'd been born in, where she'd missed out on many things growing up? Personally... I wanted to have some fun.
I remembered seeing people on motorbikes when I was younger, before my trip to my new home, also during my time looking after the dragons and spending time with Mommy Violet. They... looked... hot. Seriously, I wanted to try one out, they looked easy enough to ride from what I could pick up from passing thoughts and I soon learned enough so I wouldn't end up under a truck or something. All I needed was a bike, bugger the license...
Which turned out to be easier than I thought, as I sat down outside a cafe, eating syrup filled crepes and thinking that they still weren't as good as the ones my birth mother made, and I saw a guy pull up out the front of the bar across the road. I tilted my head as I watched him from my spot and as he walked into the bar, I held my hand out palm up and it was a simple thought to teleport his keys into my hand. I smiled and crossed the road to inspect the bike. Snazzy. Dressed in a short magenta tartan skirt, white singlet, magenta shoes over knee-high white socks, I slid on easily, accidentally dripping a couple of globs of syrup from my crepe onto the bike, and shrugged. I tossed the food into a nearby bin, then put the keys in the ignition and started the bike, smiling at the machinery purring beneath me, the guy looked after his vehicle.
Deciding to leave the helmet on the step of the pub in a show of good faith that I was going to bring the bike back, I kicked it into gear and sped off, my magenta hair flaming behind my head as my eyes burned their fiery magenta with glee. I weaved between traffic, through alleys, and even had a near miss with a truck! Go me! Before long I noticed the fuel gauge looking low and I pulled over at a park across from a gas station for a rest. My eyes darted toward an ice cream vendor and I left the bike for a moment to buy a mint choc chip in a waffle cone before returning to the bike. I laid back on it as I licked the ice cream, humming quietly to myself, enjoying my day rather well so far. Though I got the feeling I was suddenly being watched, and kept my senses aware on my surroundings. If worst came to worst, I could slip through a veil to another place altogether. Though I really wanted to finish off my ride and return the bike. I'd only borrowed it after all.

Smiling I walked over to the girl I had watched her get an ice cream cone, and that bike she knew how to handle it. Turning to look at the girl who had rode it on it, damn she was cute with a strange evil halo. "Nice bike," I said with an English accent. Zipping my bomber jacket up I smiled. "names Christapher."

To be honest, I hadn't actually expected anyone to come up to me let alone speak to me, I mean you'd figure there would be more girls out there who rode bikes? Apparently not... So I was just a little surprised when I heard an English accent informing me what a nice bike I had. Well, at least he had taste. "Yeah, it is, isn't it." It really was a nice bike, I had great taste too I guess.
Petting it, I licked my ice cream again as I finally looked up to see a really yummy guy in front of me, and almost dropped the treat. Having lived in Hell for years, one didn't always see many nice looking men, especially if one spent the majority of her time looking after dragons. I recovered quickly, smiling in return as he introduced himself, and nodded. "Lily." I studied him for a moment, there was something in his aura, like he knew bits about the arcane. Then I picked it up and my eyebrows rose in interest. "You're one of those Watchers." I shook my head and chuckled. "Sorry, nosey me, I haven't met one before but heard a lot about them. So do you always comment on random girls' bikes, or just felt like doing something different today?" I laughed lightly.

Lily I liked that name. But her hair reminded me of a exotic fire rose "Yeah I'm a watcher, and I only comment the beautiful girls." I said giving her a small wink. She reminded me of something I know I read...What were they called. "Let me guess your a arcane?" I guessed hoping I sounded like I did learn something back at the academy.

I raised an eyebrow as he mentioned he was indeed a watcher, but smiled as well, glad that I was right in my guessing. I was sure there was more that my beasts could reveal to me if I asked them but I refrained for the moment. A chuckled escaped me when he also mentioned he only commented on the beautiful girls and winked at me, and I shook my head and sighed softly. "My oh my, and so I suppose if I wasn't so pretty, then I wouldn't be worth your time? Tut tut, weren't you taught that beauty can only be found on the inside?" Well, not literally, because the insides of a being actually looked not so pretty by comparison to the outside, but figuratively speaking it worked.
I tilted my head slightly and studied him right back as he tried to guess what I was, and smirked lightly when he made a fairly accurate guess. Well, at least as accurate as someone who'd only just met me could get. Not bad for a first go, I never expected for anyone to recognise me for what I truly was, or know that I had two dragons inside me. But Arcane was good. I nodded only slightly, "Very close, I was born a witch, so yes I have arcane knowledge."
I finished my ice cream and stood up off the bike I'd been using as a seat, and stretched while still watching Christapher, "So what do Watchers do when they're not... watching?" That sounded like I was being funny, and I may have been just a little, but I was actually interested, "I mean, you can't always be chasing, what are they again... Slayers? That's the girls you look after, right?" Seeing as we were under a nice shady tree on the grass, I sat down casually, leaning my back against the bike as I glanced up at the man questioningly, "Pull up a seat, I'm in no hurry to go anywhere." Well, excape when I thought it might be time to return the bike I'd 'borrowed'.

I couldn't help but chuckle at her comment, "Yeah but see the insides don't agree with what a pretty face says." I said thinking of a demons insides.
She had a spark that seemed unreal, but her being part witch explained some of that. "When I'm not watching my slayer I do mostly this, Find some beautiful girl and have a very interesting conversation with her." I replied making a joke.
Moving over so I could rest against the tree I smiled, "Lucky for you then I have no where to go either." It wasn't a real lie I did have a haircut but eh who needs it maybe the long hair would work.

"Ahh, but you know pretty faces often hide wicked thoughts," I chuckled back and was about to shake my head, but then I thought about the comment, I wasn't being serious, but there was a trace of truth to that. I was amused that he made reference to a person's actual insides, considering I'd been thinking that myself jokingly only a moment before. Quirky sense of humour, it was almost refreshing compared to the usual moods of the beasts I watched over.
I raised my eyebrows at the explanation as to what he did when he wasn't 'watching', and smirked slightly, "Really now, I can't imagine there being that many beautiful women who have many interesting things to say. Call me a cynic, but I see way to many who are too into themselves to pay anyone else much attention, let alone grow a personality." Yeah, maybe it was harsh, but perhaps that was because most of the places I'd been so far, all I got from the seemingly 'beautiful' people were glares and traces of jealousy for some stupid reason. "Besides, I'm not so beautiful..." It was true, I had some ugly sides to me. Much like my adoptive mother, I was a balance, yin and yang and everything else rolled together. I could be a kind person, but I could also be a very unkind one. I wondered if he would have still been chatting to me if he knew I'd 'borrowed' the bike, I doubted it. He seemed to be an all 'round good guy to me. Of course, appearance could be deceiving.
As he sat down against the tree near me, I smiled slyly at the lie. He had somewhere to be, but I was guessing it couldn't have been too important if he was blowing it off in order to amuse a woman who was debating the things he was saying just slightly. "Hard to believe you have nowhere to go. You don't have a day job? What about all those other 'beautiful women' you like to chat up? Surely you'd have dates coming out your ears." I chuckled as I teased him lightly, of course it was all in good fun, but it was still hard to believe that he wouldn't have anything better to do."

"True but some of the time, pretty faces do show wicked thoughts." I said smiling She was fun, and that hair was amazing.
"Again true to many of the lovely woman I meet are to into to themselves. But I can see you have an amazing personality. And they also get jealous over some of the right reasons. " As far as I could see was she had a bad way of telling the truth. "Also dear Lily you are very gorse not beautiful." Smiling even brighter I couldn't help but feel like a complete wanker. "Besides some of the people you less expect can be kinda evil." "Actually I had to get a hair cut, and my day job isn't open yet. I work in a pub. And being British has a down side, not as many dates as you would expect." I said laughing at her, she was a lot more fun then a bunch of drunks. "So tell me Lily of the rose, what are you doing today?"

I had to laugh, there was definitely some truth to that remark, some faces really couldnt hide their wicked thoughts. I tilted my head slightly and conceded with a small nod, my bright hair flowing gently with my movements, "So very true. So tell me then Chris-ta-pher..." I lengthened the syllables in his name as I spoke, smiling lightly, "What does my face show?"
As he commented on my personality I chuckled slightly, "Why thank you. I'm nothing special, simply myself. I suppose you could say my Mother was my best influence." Of course, every girl should have the Unholy Demonatrix to look up to, or so I believed. But I was the lucky chosen girl, the closest thing she ever had to a daughter and probably the closest that she would ever have as well. Despite the goofy comment about me being 'gorgeous', I still had to fight the slight blush that threatened to creep up on my cheeks. I raised my eyebrow at the mention of the least likely being evil and smirked, "'Good' and 'Evil' are simply a matter of perspective, a frivalty in comparison to the real things that life is made up of."
I glanced at his hair, it wasn't too bad, a little shaggy but not too much so, it kinda made him look wilder like a bit rebellious... But of course I suppose he had a kind of 'image' to uphold, still I couldn't be anything but honest, "It doesn't look too bad to me, you could probably give it another week." I raised my eyebrows, wondering how the hell being British would hinder one of dating, "You're kidding right? I thought you English boys were popular with the dames, with your accent and all." My own accent was mostly hidden by now, though every now and then some French accidentally slipped through.
I blinked as he called me 'Lily of the rose', what an interesting term he should use for me, considering my birth name. After a moment I chuckled again, "Well, you must be good, you guessed my second name: Rose." It was a small joke with those I looked after to call me Lily-Rose on occasion, when my hair was especially bright: 'skin as fair as a lily, hair as bright as a fire rose.' I sighed and leaned back against the bike a little more, "Not much really, just borrowed a bike to take for a spin so I could see the sights." I smiled secretly, "Though I suppose I will have to return it soon."

I put on my best watcher face. "Well my dear, your face shows your in an evil mood. Evil for what I don't know." I let out a little chuckle.
"Very nice philosophy, and you have a great point, so what actually makes something bad or good?"I said thinking of a book I read that said all evil in the world is determined by the goodness of ones heart. I smiled and raised a hand and rumpled my hair, there was no use to ever comb it it always looked like a mess. "Amazingly enough girls say they cant understand a bloody word I say."I shrugged my shoulders, "Also they dislike the fact that I can speak 10 languages. And I thought French was the language of love." I smiled "I actually said that cause in some book I heard it and it fit you so well." I said nodding to her hair. looking at the bike I smiled,"Well if you have to return it why don't we go get something to eat." I quickly looked across the street where I left my own bike.

I smirked with a raised eyebrow, it was probably a good thing that my unique make wasn't easy to pick up on, there were many who would exploit such knowledge, and others who would avoid it. "Well I my face usually looks like this, so I guess that just makes me evil."
I shurgged by shoulders and closed my eyes for a moment, "Both forces are required in the world. Without good, you'd never be able to judge what's evil. Without evil, people wouldn't appreciate the good things in life, its simple equivalence. Everything requires a balance or counterpart." Yin and yang, light and darkness, male and female, everything had a counter, it kept everything in a constant chaotically balanced order.
I snorted at the fact that some girls couldn't understand what he said, "Let me guess, 'Malibu Barbie' type girls? They don't understand anything except dollars. I speak quite a lot of languages, though I'm not sure if I'd call French the language of love. I spent my early childhood living in France." I smirked and opened my eyes again as he nodded at my hair and I pulled a strand in front of my eyes watching the vibrant color shine in the sunlight as I twirled it, "I like it, its different."
I stood again and dusted off the back of my plaid skirt. I followed his gaze to another motorcycle and guessed that it was his. Shrugging, I stepped toward the bike I'd 'borrowed', "Well, if you can keep up... then I might consider it." With another cmirk I climbed on and started it up, "Better hurry up."
