Alanna chewed on her lower lip. "I..Uh.." She was puzzled. Violet knew her name?..How?..She shook her head to clear it and inhaled deeply on her cigarette. It all clicked suddenly. Daughter of the devil..Of course she'd know about Alanna. The plume of smoke drifted infront of her face and she exhaled, watching the smoke sprial away from her face.
She turned to face Anna. "Shall we press on?" As she had said that, a man materialized behind Violet. Alanna whirled around, her defences raised. The man lifted his hood and had a cigar in his mouth. "Oh great. A smokers triangle." She hoped the murmur went unheard.
She looked back to Anna, her guard still up. "I hate to be the bearer of bad news..But I don't feel like standing here all night. It gives the game a big head and they'll gloat."
What was she doing?! She wasn't some big hot-shot slayer! She was just a "regular" human being with paper-manipulation powers.

I smiled, giving Anna a wink as she cut off the tail end of her question. How did I know indeed. I know so much more than who's doing what with whom. "Well, Wonderland certainly was an interesting choice for her. But, I can see the appeal. It will test your senses, your ability to rationalize, and no doubt your temper. A word of advice, be wary of the Queen. She doesn't take kindly to outsiders, and you seem quite attached to both your head and your heart." No sooner had the word heart escaped my lips, than DLo, my faithful man in arms appeared. I reached for him, pulling him close so that my fingers could play at the nape of his neck. The smell of his cigar, mixed with the scent of my clove reminded me of sex. "Anna, dear, don't despair. I see enough of that at home."
"Alanna, you are much more than you realize." I simply cast a look her direction. I had picked up her thoughts as easily as she could manipulate paper. I hadn't even tried. But I left much unsaid. "This," I gestured to DLo with my other hand, as one was still playing at his neck. "is DLo, also known as the Gunwizard. He is wholy mine, a devoted soldier." I left the introduction brief. "By all means, press on." I moved further into the alley, sliding between crates and the chain link fence. Instaed of scaling the fence, I gripped it with both hands and tore it in two. I pulled one side back and gestured through it. "Shortcut. There's a lair not far." Though I would not be personally dispatching any vampires, I was insterested enough to continue along with the girls. And DLo would not leave my side, it was his duty to stand by me. However, if a vampire tried to assault me, there was no telling if I'd get the pleasure of the kill before the Slayer, the Paper Mistress, or my Soulja Boi. Unless, of course, I stilled time for the rest of them to get my fill.

Anna followed violet. She didnt know what to do. "i'm just so desprete to find out, I'm thinking anyone could've done this...she wasnt the most popular...watCHER" she yelled as something, a weapon came towards her. She avoided narowly and she had to manipulate the direction it was headed to so that it wouldnt take anyone's head off. The thing stuck to one of the peices that Violet tore in two and in a minute she realized the weapon for what it was. "But how?" she asked aloud more to Violet than to anyone else. She put her face in her hands. "Someone just kill me and get it over with...I swear I wanna die"

Alanna inhaled on her cigarette again, completely unphazed now by the antics of Violet. The Daughter of the Devil. Of course she could know things. But..I could amount to greater things? She exhaled and shook her head again.
She stepped through the fresh hole created by Violet and nodded her approval. She twisted on the ball of her foot and watched to see if anyone was following them. She knew she didn't have to but she needed something to occupy the time. She inhaled on her cigarette again and exhaled. She could feel the heat from the tip on her fingers so she flicked it out of her hand wand watched it with interest land on the ground. She stepped on the butt with her heel and ground it into the floor.
"What help would you be if you died? Dead is dead. You can't do anything from the grave unless you were to become some vampire or a bloody demon." She looked at Violet and smiled. "No offence intended."
She reached back into her backpack for a handful of paper. An ugly smell had filled the air.

"It wasn't the Council, that much I am sure of." I glanced at Anna. "Hmm?" I followed her gaze to the weapon. "What the hell!?!" In disgust I tore it loose. "Oh, Anna, come now. Don't say such things. What is the first rule of being a Slayer? Don't die? Well, then, don't. Things will progress, it's always darkest before the dawn, so on and so forth." I patted her shoulder.
I smiled back to Alanna, "None taken. I'm not a vampire, though I hold some vampiric aspects. And I am certainly no demon, I am the Unholy Demonatrix. Therefore, you've said nothing to offend me." I turned back to Anna, "She's right though, you would not be serving Helena well to die while trying to avenge her." Sulfur filled the air, and I grinned wickedly. "Speaking of demons." I cocked an eyebrow and moved toward the lair. "The vampires do not work alone Anna. They've....hired some help." Alanna's gift of manipulating paper would indeed be handy, and Helena's sword in Anna's grip was deadly.
I stood before the lair, creating a barrier around it so they'd not be alerted to our presence. "For the moment, they cannot see, hear, or smell us. This is the time for you to chose a plan of attack. Go in, weapons raised. Or I can call them out to us. Either way, they will die." I reached again for DLo, leaning into him just to touch him.

Anna thought despretly for a plan, did she have one, Helena had always made her get a plan before attacking or going after something but could she do it now, with her gone, she had to try. "All right, there are...she looked over....four of us here not including me, well Violet how many are there?" she asked as she looked at everyone. She already knew what Alanna was capable of. "Violet, if you dont mind...I kinda want to see what you can do, only if you dont mind" she said hastially.

"Nifty." She could feel the barrier. She bit her lower lip again. Why could she feel the barrier? Was Violet being sloppy or. No. She shook her head again and coughed a little. She wiped her hand on her jeans and raised her shoulders so the backpack could fall to the floor. "They can't hear us? Good. I plan on making as much noise as I can." She paused. "Within reason." She smirked as she said it and she crouched over her bag.
She unzipped the bag and saw paper gleaming at her. She smiled and lifted out a piece. Feeling rather mischievious for some reason that was unexplainable, she scrunched up the ball as loud as possible and threw it against the barrier. It hit the barrier and bounced back at her. She caught it and grinned at Violet. "Sorry. Couldn't resist." She curled the paper ball into a rose and threw it into the ground. It landed and planted itself into the ground. She half smiled at her little creation and looked back into her back pack.
She picked out more paper now and absently twisted it into a long-bow. Several sheets were left over and she just layed a hand on them watching curiously as they curled into arrows. She smiled at them. She was halfway to being ready. Now she needed close-quarters weapons. She reached back into her bag and grabbed a handful of the paper. It wrapped around her hand as the paper formed a rapier. She smiled at it in awe and balanced the sword on her finger. It was perfectly balanced. She smiled at it and clipped it to her belt.
She rose and scuffed her foot on the bag. It tipped over and several pieces flew out. She sighed and picked them up, stuffing them into her pockets. The paper now safely tucked into her pockets, she bent over and picked up her bag. In one fluid movement it was flung over her shoulders and back on her back. She looked at Anna and Violet and nodded. She was ready now.

I stood as steady as a rock as Violet leaned back onto me. I kissed the top of her head before taking another puff of my cigar. I looked on as the paper girl manipulated her paper products. When she was ready, I had to say something, "Yo enemies must hate you. You just give 'em all paper cuts. That sucks. I hate paper cuts." I meant to be slightly comical. I removed my hand from my pocket and dropped my hood, revealing that I was still wearing a black dew rag. After that I extended my arm so that my armor could encase my arm, my other arm and torso and legs. It took three seconds for my armor to fully don. My head remained uncovered so I could smoke. I placed the Black between my lips so I could reached for my rifle at my back. Violet was still leaning against me this whole time. Raising the rifle above our heads so I wouldn't be in her way I checked my magazines, the plasma and ion cells. Replacing the rifle onto my back I did the same with my shotgun, sidearm pistol, and submachine guns, "What kind of vamps are these?" I asked, to make sure I had the right ammunition. It would only take a change of magazines. Replacing my weapons to my body, I returned to smoking with Violet. What was amazing was that through Violet given sight and sense she had granted me, I no longer needed my helmet. I was capable of everything my helmet allowed me to do before. I could perform all the functions that my helmet can. Only do I wear it to remain unidentifiable when Violet has me do so.

"The last I checked these guys arent anything special, unless there is something I'm missing I'm pretty sure they're just plain old vampires...but we can never be too careful" she said quoting her former watcher directly. She still had her sword which she was ready to use if things came to that. "All right, I'm ready to fight" she said looking at Alanna and Violet with a determined expression on my face. "if you both are ready...than I suggest we go in or...call em out, I prefer we go in on our own....up to you" I said to Violet.

I raised an eyebrow at Anna. "What I can do? Ha! What can't I do? Darling, just ask. What is it you truly want to see. If I had a mind to, I could simply erase this moment from existence. You would have never strayed across these vampires, met Alanna, and so on. They would never have been sired. I could implode them all. Imploding is far less messy than exploding. I could wrap them all in a binding spell, so they would do my bidding. I could dust them all with a look. Darling Anna, I am creation, preservation, and destruction. There is very little that is beyond me." I winked at her. "But, if you want to see......"
I trailed off as Alanna spoke, and began poking through her paper. She tossed a ball at the barrier, pleased as it bounced back to her. I smiled and shrugged, nonchalant. "Aw, how pretty." I marveled at the small rose she'd made, making a note to preserve that little flower when the battle ensued. I watched Alanna work her paper into a bow, some arrows, and a rapier. She was quite talented indeed. I applauded her. "Such a remarkable talent." I elbowed DLo lightly, grinning mischievously. "Oh hush. These weapons of hers are not merely paper when she's completed fashioning them. They are as deadly as the real thing." I gleaned from his mind the pain from a paper cut, having never suffered one myself. "Oh! I see. Then again, a flurry of paper, slashing one to bits....yes. I definitely see the appeal." I smiled.
"Anna is correct, the vampires are simply that, nothing more. The demons however, are lower ranked. They'll be tougher to kill than the vampires, but they'll expire easily enough. Damage to their heads works best. There are 6 of them in total, though only 4 are inside." Even as I spoke, the two demons that were not held up with their brethren came from either side of the compound. They had circled it, sensing something. I laughed. "Foolish twits. They can sense us, barely." I made a face in their general direction. "They will pay a high price when they return to my realm." It came out almost as a growl. "By all means, then, let's go in." I dropped the barrier. No sooner had it collapsed than the demons issued forth a bellow and ran at us. "STOP!" They skidded to a halt, surprised to see me, hand upraising in their direction. It was clear they didn't know what to do. I spoke to Anna and Alanna, "Kill them quickly. The others prepare for a battle."

Alanna smiled at DLo's comments, her thoughts concentrating on the task at hand. "Kill them quickly." Once the words had escaped Violets lips, Alanna pulled out her bow and fired a bolt into the first creature she saw. Lucky for the creature, the shot missed. Alanna huffed in disappointment and took aim again. "Come on pretty. Get in mommy's shot.." Her voice trailed off as she fired again, this time successfully hitting the demon. She smiled thinly as the bolt embedded itself into the demons neck.
She raised her hand and snapped her fingers. The demon roared out as tiny paper slivers shot out of his face. She looked at DLo and smiled. "Yeah. They hate the papers cuts all right." She grinned and jumped back onto a crate behind her to get a better shot. The crate groaned and creaked underneath Alanna's weight. She put it out of her mind and aimed at the demon who's face had been cut up by the slivers.

Anna decided the best thing for her to do at this moment simply would be the only thing she could do. While she was gifted a little in the arts of magic she didnt have hte power to make paper weaponaries or command demons or whatever Violet could do. She had her only weapon, her watcher's sword and that would be enough.
She charged without thinking at another demon severing its head from the rest of its body and than with a snap of her fingers vanished the dead thing to another place, another time, where, she didnt know but not here. She turned to the other remaining demon. Let Alanna have fun with whatever the heck she was doing. She tried to think up a painful way for the demon to die, than she got it.
She swished her hand making fireball appear out of nowhere. She dipped the sword to the fire and the fire empowered her already deadly as hell weapon. She thrusted at the demon and it died with a ear splitting scream, Anna if she could've would have blocked the sound but she couldnt not with her sword in both hands.
Looking from Violet, to Allan and back again she asked. "So, what now?"

((OOC: Whoa, the name change threw me! LoL. I can work around that though. BIC:)) As the fight began, Alanna's shot was the first to hit home. The creature shrieked as it's face was assaulted by tiny shreds of paper. "Ohhh, that'll sting." I steadied the crate she stood on with a mere thought, as I'd hate to see her miss a shot if the crate could not withstand her weight. She was petite, but the crate was rickety with age and use. Anna/Crystal dispatched the demons with her magick and her sword, but that left us plenty inside. "In we go then." I marched before all of them, and flung open the door to the lair. "Well, well, well, what have we here? Giona, Ficlair, Minos, and Tarino." I addressed the remaining 4 demons that stood before the clan of vampires. "You know the rules of being topside. No interspecies mingling! Your brothers, Curis and Hecmin are already....expired. As for you four, well, we'll deal with your punishments when you've returned home. Did I mention this is your going away party?" I smiled cruelly, moving to one side, allowing Alanna, Crystal, and DLo to enter. The vampires growled behind the cowering demons. The four demons were scared shitless to see me here, thinking they'd formed an allegiance that I would not be aware of. They knew their time was short, but opted to fight regardless. Giona howled, pointing a nubby finger in our direction. The vampires bared fang and charged. "They never get it. They never seem to realize that though we may be outnumbered, they're fighting a lost cause. You're all dead, you know that right?" I stood back, away from the battle, and withdrew a clove cigarette from my cleavage. I would not fight, I would not interfere until I was needed, if it would come to that at all.
