Magickal Name taken at her initiation: Tarot.
Appearance: Long curly red hair, green eyes, about 5"8' and 125 pounds. Has a birthmark of a blackrose coven witch on her left shoulder.
Powers: Tarot is the Goddess' Sword maiden, and witch of the Black Rose coven. She is very knowledgeable in the craft and uses witchcraft to do her Jon as Sword-maiden.
She has visions of Tarot cards that lead her when she is in need.
She also possesses the sword of the goddess.
She also has a pet Pooka, a cat with batwings, and Fey seem naturally attracted to her.
History: Raised as a practicing Wiccan, Rowan had a hard time growing up, and always seemed to be persecuted along with her sister Raven for being a witch.
Over the years, she bore the hatred and indifference, hoping to fight the ignorance with Truth, becoming an adept witch in her own right.
She became initiated into the Black Rose Coven, and took the position of Sword Maiden to the goddess, to fight for her beliefs in every way she can.
She had a relationship with a young were-cat named Boo Kitty, but the free spirited Were-cat was to move on later on in the comic, but still holds a soft spot in Tarot's heart, and helped to heal her when she was almost killed, and lost the ability to bear children in a battle with a dark elf.
Tarot happened to meet Jon, the graveyard guardian, and saw a vision of the lovers card, and they fell in love quickly.
But through the same battle that Tarot lost her ability to have children in, she found out the danger in getting married, and maintaining her position as Sword Maiden, and turned him down.
She loves him, and chooses him as her consort, but will not marry him for his own wellbeing.
