Good fucking Gods!!!
Ok, here's the deal all my fellow Dazers, who I miss more than my black little heart & mind can fully comprehend.
The computer at work is shit, complete shit. I had to reroute the server TWICE, just so I could pop on and drop a line to everyone. Every night, I do the same thing so that I can get to our sister site UB, where I've been both requested and demanded back. LoL. All the talk over there about my precious, precious MD makes me miss it, and all of you even more.
My house still hasn't sold, and long before I put it up for sale, I shut off my land line, leaving me with no internet. Knowing I was going to sell the house, there was no point in trying for cable or WiFi or the likes because of the age of my poor dinosaur computer. The longer it's on the market, the less $ I will end up walking away with, as my debt keep creeping high, which more or less destroys my hopes of a spiffy, pimped out laptop of my very own.
However, I have moved back in with my parent's, per their vehement requests. I am able to save more money this way (still a looooong way from new lappy-age), but most of said money is going to doctor bills. Yes, my dear, dear Dazers...my mind has cracked. Treating Bi-polar type 1 with an anti-depressant alone for 9 years was just not working anymore. Despite my protests and trepidation, I agreed (quite passive aggressively I might add), to return to counseling as well as a psychiatrist to augment my medications. Things are now going quite well in that department, even with my new diagnosis. (Previously I was told I had Bi-polar NOS, or not otherwise specified). Now, it's changed to severe bi-polar type 1 with psychosis. (Come on, who DIDN'T already know I'm psychotic?) And then there's the panic/anxiety disorder, ADHD, slight OCD, self mutilation....blah blah blah. Yes, ok, we get it, I'm crazy. DUH! LoL.
So....during my time away from my beloved site and every last one of you, I've been doing the doctor thing, working at the motel, working with 6:41 productions - which included a couple trips out of state, a hosting of Repo! The Genetic Opera for 2 nights, many photo-shoots, and...get this Dazers....THE PREMIER OF THE SANGUINARIAN IS JUNE 5th!!!!! Red Carpet baby! Another trip to Portland for the FIRST US tour by none other than Emilie Autumn, and let me tell you, the best fucking show I've EVER seen. I got kissed by Veronica Varlow just as she started the Rat Game, Captain Maggots undressed me after the show - completely untying my corset, I sang a whole chorus of Misery Loves Company with Aprella; smooched, hugged, and otherwise groped EA herself, got autographs, pictures, you name it.
Anysnootch...loooong ass story as short as I can make it. My mom has given me, more or less, unlimited access to her laptop. However, pressing matters and busy business on UB, (not to mention the rest of life and it's lovely distractions), will not necessarily permit me, at this present time, to spend as much time and expend as much effort as I truly desire to here. I will do my very best to make it here once or twice a week, until I have my own god damned new fucking computer.
HUGE thanks goes out to everyone for your patience & understandings. As well as to all my staffers that have been in and out to help with all sorts of issues arising in my absence.
Don't think for one second that I don't appreciate you all, and love you all in my own morbid way. I miss you, I love you, and lastly....

Yeah, that's right, we're back in business. Get your asses geared up, online, and let's bring back the Daze. This place didn't happen on it's own, and thanks to each and every one of you, we've made the Daze what it is and always will be. The uber forum where anything goes, and never dies.
